It doesn’t matter whether you are downloading QuickBooks for the first time or another time; the process is still the same. However, before you Download QuickBooks Desktop, you must set up a multi-user network and install the QuickBooks Database Server Manager for the first time. After that, you can navigate to the Intuit website and click the Download Now button in front of the QuickBooks desktop. Now you will receive the QuickBooks.exe file in the download folder. Right-click over the installer file and click install in the drop-down list. Now you can follow the on-screen instructions, accept the license agreement, and click next. After that, you can enter the product and license number and click next. Now you have two options to install QuickBooks – express install or custom and network install. If you are a first-time user of QuickBooks, then it is recommended to use express install. For that, you will need to click express install and click next. Now choose the option install. Once the process completes, you can open launch QuickBooks and start managing finances.
